Thank you for visiting my website.... I have worked in the entertainment industry for 10 years and have done Craft Service for the past five of them.  I really love my job and do my best to create an enjoyable experience for both the crew and the production team. Below you will find a list of the services I offer and what to expect throughout the day. My table consists of the typical craft foods and snacks, as well as a lot of organic and healthier options. ...And of course there will be fresh coffee and a variety of teas available throughout the day.

Morning: If a hot catered breakfast is not served then I'll offer a continental breakfast which consists of smoothies, fresh fruit, fresh bagels, croissants, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, granola, pastries, doughnuts, muffins, etc. 

Pre-Lunch: Meat and Cheese platter with a variety of breads and crackers (I always use the freshest cheeses and meats, nothing pre-packaged!)...a sandwich tray...HOMEMADE chicken, tuna or egg salad...Veggie Platter or Hummus.

Post-Lunch: I always try to make something hot, but not too fancy, such as tomato soup and grilled cheese, quesadilla, hot dogs and chili (a crew favorite). I try to mix it up throughout the day, everyday.
